The action today in OROP seems like a bit of a reversal to the upside. One does not want to succumb to giddy wishful thinking, but a glance around the international currency and banking scene could prompt the conclusion that the flight from ALL fiat currencies might come sooner, rather than later. Several other high value jr issues that I follow showed similar positive tape action. Add that to the silver breakout, and we may be about to see a light at the end of the tunnel that is not just another train about to run us down. Regards Michael
