They're all going off on this "apples and oranges" business. Well, I've got news: It is ALL apples and oranges at this point.

But if people weren't buying insurance when it was cheap, they're not going to buy more comprehensive insurance when it is more expensive.

I'm not sure how stupid these people are to dream up such a system. You can tax them, penalize them, do anything you want, and people are not going to get into this program unless you make it cheaper to own an insurance policy than not to own one.

It is not health insurance. John Roberts was probably right. It is a tax increase.
