... you can spit it out all you want but it doesn't make any difference, once the food is in your mouth, the sugars will get to your blood stream within seconds...
Regardless, at that time I did not think that it was fair that my symptoms would worsen, if I did not consume the extra snacking. I figured that, if I did chewing and not swallowing, and at the same time ate a healthy balanced diet, I could get away with limitless snacking!

So..... having heart failure, permanent atrial fibrillation, insulin resistance and very sensitive asthma; I thought that I could get away with something! I thought wrong and it really annoyed me!

I am very limited, of course, with a lot of time on my hands. Hence that is one of the reasons that I come here to bug you! :) (Of course, the other reason is to learn from you.).

Now...... to wait the long wait until markets open on Monday, and to read and study the learned and experienced opinions on this thread! This is like the movie High Noon (Gary Cooper), and I am waiting for the "bear" train to come down the tracks bringing ill will!
