Very frankly, if you stayed away from those industrial foods, your diabetes will completely disappear... your blood would return to normal in most every way... probably within only one week...
Fortunately, I have never had Diabetes. I have Insulin Resistance, which has gotten much better thru my very healthy diet and demanding, daily physical exercise program. Regardless of how well I am doing on my healthy pescatarian diet, if I could go back to Pizza and Beer and Chocolate and Ice Cream and Chicken Wings and French Fries dipped in melted cheese, etc., I would. I miss that bad diet! :(

Sadly, when one's heart is enlarged and stretched out, the metabolism has problems processing calories. Patients with heart failure usually also have Insulin Resistance or Diabetes. Thru my 7-9 small, low calorie, healthy meals every day, my health and heart failure has gotten a lot better, and I have avoided diabetes.

Also, those toxic foods are highly addictive... eating those toxic foods only make you hungrier and you end up wanting more...
I agree! Even healthy foods are highly addictive, to me! My diet is pescatarian and I love it!

OTOH, my experiment with chewing and not swallowing was a failure and I sadly stopped doing it.

Thanks for your feedback!
