Savary Gold (SCA-V) private placement is going to have a portion of the amount raised and the PP is backstopped by Forbes & Manhattan so it will be filled guaranteed by them if SCA don’t fill it. So rest assured we are good to commence our next phase of drilling after the rainy season finished in the early fall.

June 14, 2013 - News Release

Savary Gold Corp. has closed its previously announced private placement financing through the sale of 16,667,000 common shares at a price of six cents per common share for gross proceeds of $1,000,020. Savary intends to use the proceeds from the financing for continued exploration of the Hounde South project in Burkina Faso and for general corporate purposes.
