Some people just don't have sufficient skills to be worth $10/hour. And if, due to government regulation, they get paid more than that, it causes a perturbation in the marketplace that disrupts the entire process. That's why the introduction of Medicare, which is price controlled, has resulted in the cost of health care being higher in the US than in other places. There are tons of people who are not disabled who aren't worth $10/hour, and tons of disabled people who are worth a great deal of money. I'm not even sure what disabled has to do with it. Is this another one of your bigoted rants?
