Buffet seems to have had good earnings and a gangbuster annual meeting. One heck of a move this month. Don't know if it would be fair to check back. Buffet is farming out more and more money to his former hedge fund managers. The more funds they get the less Buffet and Munger are involved, no? Buffet has stated that he doesn't think BRK will do as well going forward as in the past. "you seem to be always planting more plants rather than pruning out the dead wood." Looking back, I had 32 stocks Jan. 2010. Now 43, four of which are preferreds. Three positions are under $1000, ABR, AMNF, and SLP. As they play out, hopefully they are worth adding to. Some start out as trades, RNDY WU, and end up staying around. Some are still trades, NAUH NM, and may end up staying around. I'm getting paid, so no rush. Dead wood is what a stock is when we sell and it goes down, wasted opportunity when it goes up. TCP and TRP look like dead wood at the moment.
