Mang, I am glad you are going to look at 3com more critically. It is a good thing to do, especially with some one as Eric B. as CEO. My impression of him is a man who treats his employee well and know how to lead the company to develop technically good products. But towards the shareholders, he has been much less forth coming. The USRX debacle is only one of the example. Another one is at end last year or early this year, he was talking up the stock price just before the sharp drop from 80s to 40s. Aslo at that time, he was hyping the positioning of 3com at the edge of the network. Nowadays we don't hear those edge talks much. An indication the guy is flip-flopping. My advice, listen to him as you would listen to a car salesman.

Take care.
