Agreed! Seems like NOK is seeing it as a cash grab and will defend it vigorously. NOK has had to make huge administrative cuts, as well as cutting its dividend, to preserve its cash. Can't blame NOK if they want to fight this one out...$363 million just translates into to many sacrifices that NOK management has worked their tails off to achieve.
