Trying to capture the Internal Revenue Code in a chart like this beyond silly. It is far, far too complex to be able to do this.

What does your chart say about the AMT, the Maximum Tax on Personal Service Income, the personal exemption or Section 469 Passive Activity Loss rules? What does it say about refundable credits or the shift to corporations for almost all small businesses? What does it say about the massive increase in Self Employment tax over the same period?

Nothing. Talk about comparing apples with oranges.
