DWW << I feel that GTW sells quality systems that have won a lot of awards & recognition lately. So, I feel they are selling volume right now. >> Unless I flunked my Logic 101 the above statement makes no sense. I can have the best product, service, support but no volume. On the other hand I can have the average product, worst service, support, low low price and still have high volume. Kmart sells high volume low prices. Saks 5th sells low volume high quality. Additionally it is very difficult for the average person to tell quality. If the computer works it is good. if it fails often it is bad quality. But you still do not know if it is all the computers froma company or just the one you received. then there is on-site warranty whcih is included for 1 year from all companies. I think we are making firm judgements on incomplete info without using any math on the info we do have along with the unknown factors. Just like love. love for the company lies in the eyes of the beholder and whether s/he is long or short on their stock. ratan
