THE SHORT ANSWER. YES.

THE LONG answer to explain a few details and read on.

Well we already began. This morning I laid out the sequence of down towards the spx 1620. Yet it did NOT touch such unless I missed it. So since it did NOT hit it and SPUN now it's in bounce mold. Remember the count is from 1674 and under it 1656. As it pushed down think of a beach ball being pushed further and further under water.. stretching the strings. AND BOING. So unless there's some crap overseas or elsewhere I'll be expecting up to 1648. If there's enough behind it, 1656. It could push the 1660 but I doubt it goes much higher. I'm aware the wishful thinkers can see 1710 ish as I mentioned this AM. I can see it. Do I think it gets hit now. NOPE. I DOUBT IT!!!!!! So much for those presenting higher highs. NOT YET! The magic of 54 has to play it's way out down as it did UP.

That would mean once this bounce is FINISHED, EXPECT the return towards the 1620 but THIS TIME UNDER to go for 1602. Bounce and then UNDER. WHY.

The buyers used up some powder today to hold it above the 1620 or x% down. Some will try to push it to numbers presented yet to do so that takes more POWDER. That will subside as money management 101 kicks in.Those who are taking control will push it under to press deeper to the 1602/1584/1566/1548/1530. DO ANY of these numbers match with yours? Or what others who are objective present. They should. There's a rhythm to this. Those who size in often should have an understanding of how money is put to work.

SO YES I expect a bounce to areas presented! It began today. NOW to see where it ends.

On an aside the OL insurers are NO LONGER the lonely little petunia to the FAR RIGHT of the bell curve. They were in the 88-84 area for a while. I presented that they were SOON TO ROLL. They have begun!. As they do they will continue rolling LEFT as it joins a few others. ALL can be expected to continue shifting LEFT.

ANY who jotted down the list of sectors will be able to figure out what sectors are vulnerable. Those who didn't. Oh well. THEY all roll eventually. Just as they all bottom when required.

Be Well
