>>Value Investing at its worst<< Or maybe not - DLR up today 5.2% on a very weak day! DLR got hit hard after a presenter was recommending it as a short at the IRA Sohn investment conference. I suspect that others have piled on this on the short side after that. Tomorrow however, DLR will present their case on the NREIT conference, which is a fairly high profile event, and I suspect they will try to make a case to defuse the short argument. If that presentation is good, I can see DLR bouncing back to 65-70$ and what has looked like an amateur investor, catching a falling knife, will look like a pretty good trade. Disclosure: just watching myself, no position.
