I am not sure of this but is it not true that if an offer is received for the company by management it has to be made public to all investors, otherwise there is not full dissemination of information.

I'm not trying to kiss a** and I'm sure you know that but I respect and value your opinion. Please feel free to bash the hell out of me I'm an easy going guy just kicking back and enjoying life.

But I still think asnd is headed down around mid-20's.
