April 28 1997 Naxos pr, Initially, sample material will be shipped to Ledoux & Co., Teaneck New Jersey, where the seals on the sample containers will be broken and the samples tested under the supervision of Paul Blumberg and Behre Dolbear. As for my IPMC and DELGF position, it is much smaller compared to my Naxos and my Naxos profits covered their losses very comfortably. Thanks for your concern. Eric - I think the problem may be that HG resents being called, "boy". I think he's trying to create a sort of regal, LION-like image. Maybe you should refer to him as, "CUB boy"? Roger

Dec 1996 Naxos pr quotes from Ledoux regarding invalid COC, "Clearly, the line of custody for the samples that were retrieved from the supervised drill hole at the Franklin Lake property on September 17, 1996 was compromised. A proper line of custody requires a unique identification for seals so that the recipient can verify the integrity of same, and all parties who handle said samples must be identified along with the material.These two criteria were not fulfilled. We are not questioning the integrity of the people involved, just the lack of professionalism in maintaining a proper line of custody for said samples. The word "sealed" is misused throughout the report, as it would relate to chain or line of custody - no official seals were used. " If SRK delivered the samples why is Ledoux questioning the identity of who handled the samples Mr. Tai? Why didn't SRK seal the samples to be tamper proof Mr. Tai? Where are the Behre Dolbear supervised assays Mr. Tai? It has been a VERY long time now. HL
