I disagree. AMAT recognizes value of leading edge technology
and paid $30KK for license. Lam, Novellus, and TEL must buy
to keep up. If only one of these firms buys license, you have
a $4 stock. A $6 buyout possible buy one of these firms.

Doug, If TRKN has no money, no technology, and lots of debt;
how are they going to survive 1998? Management sold the technology
to keep the company afloat for another year instead of declaring
bankruptcy. I think TRKN must have some new products coming out.
What other reason is there to keep TRKN afloat?
