Tomas: I haven't watched Kerm's for a while so I'm not familiar with his investment philosophy, but his change of heart may be that he only deals in Canadian based Oils. I don't know what his other "holdings" are. It is a shame, I think our growth is just beginning to bloom. Maybe we could interest him in RSO? <G> At least it doesn't seem to have hurt the share price any.

<<shares are now at the level considered favorable for consumption
by Sands>> - I'm not sure what he means here. I do fear there may be some price volatility after the merger as "odd lots" of shares are cleared out, and the market tries to find a value for the new company. If we have success in Libya, a financing package (hhmmm, might be enough left over to buy a certain Jr. oil explorer working in the Sudan <bg>), and a Kazakh concession, these concerns would be minimized.

Tomas / Sands Petroleum AB

Just came across your posting of some time ago.

When I dropped coverage of International Petroleum, it was not because it fell out of favor with me. I thought once the Sands acquisition was consumed, we would not be able to follow Sands closely because it was listed on the Stockholm Stock Exchange. At the time, I didn't know it would eventually be listed on the TSE. I had viewer interest in mind.

It was just a couple days later when they announced their discovery via Red Sea. Timing of delisting was terrible.

Stay with your convictions. You will do quite well.
