Well said! One of my buddies told me that the stock market is
essentially unpredictable, like the weather. I immediately informed
him that I was pretty sure July 4th was going to be warmer than
January 4th. :)

Now either get this stock price down to where it is an irresistable
bargain, (which usually happens when your coworkers tell you
that you are stupid for buying it.) Or drive it up to the point where
I can make some more money shorting it (and have my coworkers
tell me that I'm out of my mind for buying puts on a rocket like TXN).

Until you do, I can't be certain what season it is.

Good luck, all,

-- Carl

You are right and this is the second time I have been through the cycle of run up ---split----drop like a rock. The only thing I did right was not sell at the bottom. The thing that kills me is if I had sold and bought back at the right time -----The beach house could be mine now.If I had never bought and sold in the past i would still be in the minor league---you see i can't afford to add to the lump each month from now till I retire so the lump has to grow by it's self. You are right in your analysis and I will know this stranger the third time he shows up.---Good to hear from you!
