Issa released statements from Cincinnati IRS employees who said they got their orders from "Washington".
He never said Obama had the IRS go after tea parties. That's what congress is trying find out. Who in Washington ordered it?

You mean like Issa suggesting Obama had the IRS go after teapers.
I don't think you got my point, but whatever.

Issa is justified in accusing the Obama administration of that. It's hard to believe that the IRS would just act on their own.
