Although many applications received extra scrutiny, it's been stipulated that conservative groups were overwhelmingly targeted. Nobody but you seems to disagree with the basic facts.

Almost one third of the tax-exemption applications selected for additional scrutiny by the IRS were from groups that were not conservative.
