Jim,
Could I suggest that you visit the company, meet the management and ask them yourself about the stock and then report back to the thread on your impressions. That is what I would do if I was as close as you are.

Jim when you say the Co is growing and doing fine, what do you mean? what do you see or hear that brings you to this conclusion?
I know I am not the only one who needs to hear your observation.
