Yep understand what has been said so far re phase 2, time will tell how it plays out. Is phase 1 now fully ramped, or is there space to be utilised at some point?

Have any of the NAND players said once they shift to 3D NAND how that will affect capacity, will they still be able to get the same volume and in turn revenue from the fabs, or will they need more lines in new fabs just to reach the same level?

There is a downside to all this holding off on adding capacity in that revenues could stagnant if the only bit growth is from node transitions and the benefit of that is shrinking, and could shrink further. Also shouldn't lose sight of the Yen and how it could reverse further, sure it could turn and weaken again.

One shouldn't forget the problems of HTC and how the move away from bundled cards hurt, any similar share shift from a vendor who relies heavily on SanDisk could repeat the pain. Streaming and cloud services appear to be growing well and are likely to be a headwind too.
