Oh, I don't have time to give that question the proper thought... I actually think about what I post and give thoughtful replies. Let's just say military spending would certainly be at the top of the list going back 30 years in any case. I know if you're a fearful person it seems like all ones energy should go into defense... but the reality of the situation is we are not under threat nor have we been since WWII of a conventional invasion. So I am very optimistic and have been (especially since SU breakup) that we have no problems... the "problem" is the US likes to make other people problems our problems. Kind of like you do on this board! :)) DAK
