Sister Accidentally Runs Over Brother In Mall Parking Lot January 4, 2010 at 4:32 am by Morbid MESA, Ariz – Nicole M. Brock, 16, had just dropped off her brother, 17-year-old Dwight J. Brock Jr., at the Superstition Springs Mall. While still in the parking lot, the siblings began goofing around with Dwight jumping in front of the car and Nicole slamming on the brakes. But the fun and games turned into horror as Nicole’s brother jumped in front of the car and she was unable to slam on the brakes in time and ran him over. He was rushed to the hospital in critical condition, but later died. As an old fart, I read stories like this and realize just how lucky me and my friends were with our vehicles. We performed some really, really stupid stunts with them. Hell, even my Mom would pull that stop-go-stop-go routine whenever I would try to get into the car. That is until the last time I got in after she did that and I knocked her unconscious.
