Hello! Randal, I think that the only deadline that CVIA Management is trying to beat, is the the one that the company has limited or no funds to carry on any meaningful operations! So my guess is that until a merger is completed, nothing will happen! As far as I would guess, I don't think that there is any apparent reason for the merger to happen before December 31,1997, other then the sooner the bettor for all parties concerned! ( As long as it is in the best interest's of the CVIA shareholders!) ( Once again just my own personal opinion!). That's about the only feedback that I can give you regarding your previous posting!
