We differ on the market opportunity. I believe Yahoo will be huge, the world's universal reference source, always there, always up to date. The directory of directories in every advanced country on earth. The world's Yellow Pages and classified ads. You don't. That's what it boils down to.

Who thought the provider of DOS in 1981 would one day have a $170 billion market cap?

Not quite, Bill. You have overlooked the perpetual motion machine and cold fusion process which Yahoo is going to perfect this weekend. Problem is we are not looking at this stock through the rose colored glasses provided by Messrs. Harmond and Futerko. Wonder why Intel chose to invest in USWeb's IPO instead of wonderful Yahoo.
