when we went on the road which was most of the time you had to work 10-12 hours a day 7 days a week, we would usually be on the road 14-21 days at a stretch. And you had to hump/be productive. I also paid OT after 40 hours.

If you didn't hump I would fire you. put a couple of guys on planes and sent them home
