While I'm disappointed I'm not surprised. COMS rallied for 4 straight days after it's shortfall announcement back in Februrary. Went from 37 to 43 and then straight down to 24. Same thing with ASND. It rallied from 29's on instinet to almost 36 before dropping to 22.

When CS pre-announced on June 2 it closed at 30 1/8 down about 15 points. I would imagine the bulls thought that the 30 level was a pretty good level of support because CS never closed below 30 until June 27 (25 days later). Imagine their excitement when after briefly touching 28 CS rallied straight up to above 38 climbing above it's 20/50/200 DMA.
It's been all down hill ever since.
