Henry Ford realized that if people aren't being paid enough to make them show up for work it would be hard to run an assembly line. Nothing more, nothing less.

IOW, he realized there was a labor market out there.

I am fast concluding they are of an alien race.

And the employees of Costco reflect everything the article says..............every employee at Costco's whose help I have requested has gone beyond the call of duty to make sure I am satisfied. I understand that's not the same experience at a Walmart.
