If you were a prudent person you would be sure to fund the military first.> Prudent people don't have dogmatic absolute rules like that. Eisenhower warned about that very thing. Of course the next part of the statement about armed gangs has nothing to do with today's military... IN FACT I'm in favor of making sure domestic situations like THAT don't occur, by spending money HERE and not in the middle of no-where. <You are the person who sends letters to the mayor's office asking why you have to pay for police and then sends a copy to the newspaper editorial department.
