CJay, Just a wild educated surmise. When you do a deal between equals then you must negotiate a lot more on each point in the Agreement. When you are a whole lot bigger than your partner you simply dictate the terms. So my guess is that theremust be deals with OEM's in the offing, which of course would be "equals" with CREAF, and take time to hash out the details. No inside information mind you- just an educated guess.... Sincerely, Doug F.
