I really don't know. COMS was sued in the same kind of way after the debacle in February and I think it was settled. I can't participate in it so I'm not too interested in following it.

I believe making reference to it in the 10Q would qualify it as public info. I don't think it was necessary to put it on the wires.

It is interesting to note that COMS does get sued a lot. They are being sued by MOT and XRX and several others. Just tack this one on to the heap for the COMS lawyers to sift through.

Does anyone know what happened to the lawsuit involving USRX shareholders? Claiming that USRX sold out too cheap and wasn't representing their best interests? What a joke. Casey Powell got top dollar. He's a brilliant salesman.
