It is interesting to note that COMS does get sued a lot. They are being sued by MOT and XRX and several others. Just tack this one on to the heap for the COMS lawyers to sift through. Does anyone know what happened to the lawsuit involving USRX shareholders? Claiming that USRX sold out too cheap and wasn't representing their best interests? What a joke. Casey Powell got top dollar. He's a brilliant salesman.
