Hi. Am I too late to join the party?
I would also like to send a letter if its not too late.
Ill need a name and address to whom to send my
opinion about ATP reorganizing.

Its in the best interests of the court for ATP to
reorganize since this is the very purpose of Chapter 11.
Reorganization is viewed as a success for the courts and
hopefully the company.

The company (ATP) needs to be solvent and in the black
bringing in revenue, making a profit over losses (obviously).
I always thought Clipper would be bringing in sooo much
revenue that there would be no need for a takeover, only a
reorganization. If reorganized, shareholders stay as owners
and our shares have value vs toilet paper.
