al: no one took the time to read about paul Russo..he was sentenced for illegal shorting. His company went broke and so did he.. easc. the lowlife shorted them out of existance.. Al-len, viable class action? This is a discussion board..not a cheerleading thread. Everybody has a right to express their opinion regarding this stock. How many times in the past 3 months have the yeahs said this stock is going to 20, 30, 50, 100 dollars. Buy buy buy they scream. It's your last chance. Are they going to be included in your class action if the stock collapses? What about the people who bought in the 3+ range from all the squeeze hype. Can they sue the yeahs now that the stock price is below 2? I use this board to gather information good/bad, then confirm the information through my own DD. It's up to you to filter out the bad information. Are you going to stand up in a court of law and say "gee..some stranger who I don't know said it was true so it must be." Take a chill pill...the class action is either going to be against the company or the company will follow through with all its promises and will be smelling like roses. Good investing Buster

Following you line of reasoning, anyone who has lost money would presumably have recourse against the misinformation put out here by Riley and the rest of his gang. Both scenarios are unlikely IMHO.

Al-len, Of all people you are putting out this crap??!! After that email I received from you I have a feeling that you won't be one of those opting to be a Plaintiff. But you all might look at certain people representing this company or its (un?)official comments both regarding the status of the business and of the private placement. After all the publically available contradictions and misrepresentations by RMIL and the Cartel, I think you would be well served directing your legal resources elsewhere. Geez... Regards, Ron
