John, do you have a view on rentals for vacation vs rentals for a home? ie which would be more profitable?

That's a new one on me about CPI rents being low from 1942-1985. They sure have been understated almost 3%/year since 2004 as I noted a few posts back against rent data from the Census Bureau.

Just barely up since 2008 too.
