Yeah, I was really surprised.........read the article three times to be sure.

Still thinking this will spread. Different drivers I know but we saw it in the 80's 90's and 00's too. Plant expansions here in the states in competitive lower cost areas that were shunned for decades might be the comeback story?

I hope you're right. Its seems a new spirit of optimism is developing but I sense industry is still dragging its feet.......although I posted that announcement by Apple of 7K more jobs in the Bay area. So maybe things are starting to change.
