Voter fraud is not rampant and you should know what you are talking about before spouting off.

How can you know that? Just because they aren't caught doesn't mean it didn't happen. There were many cases in the last election which were statistically impossible. Counties with more votes cast than voting age residents. Doesn't that sound like fraud? Many precincts where Romney did not get even 1 vote. How likely do you think that is?

Since the election there have been several prosecutions of local election officials for *** FRAUD. But most of these go undetected, because the officials in charge of enforcement won't go after their own.

Fraud doesn't have to be "Rampant", in many contests a few hundred or few thousand votes can change a result. Out of many millions cast that isn't rampant, but it can be sufficient.

Fraud is much more prevalent than the cases you cite where people can't get a govt ID.
