Peak Roads, Peak Oil, Peak People, Peak CO2 output, Peak CO2.

But no peak technology, no peak Cyberspace, no peak cognitive power - acceleration is exponentially parabolic to asymptotic hyperbole. Meanwhile, as the pace quickens and the plot thickens, Edward Snowden is in residence in Hong Kong. He was a No Such Agency contractor. He is on the side of We the People rather than Big Brother. You are either with us or against us. I have my money on We the People vs Big Brothers [there is a whole gang of Big Brothers]. This should be a lot of fun. It already has been. Millions and now billions of people are arming themselves with mobile Cyberspace weaponry ready for the battles to come. Happily, they pay a tithe to Qualcomm which distributes some of the proceeds to me.

Governments can't stop it because governments and the people ruling the governments depend on mobile Cyberspace as much as We the People.
