Hi Follies. Greed seems to be self-limiting. People who don't learn self-restraint seem to implode in a vast array of follies. The driver of Big Brother is greed. Many countries and individuals have given it a good attempt, but have never had more than ephemeral success.

So yes, there is no doubt Peak Greed, but measuring it is difficult. Once people have enough stuff, they mostly seem to lose interest in ever greater personal "glory". Those who don't seem to go supernova.

For normal people, Peak Greed should happen in childhood or young adulthood when they should have learned the difference between opm and their own. Depending on your definition of greed.

Feel free to provide analysis.
