OT: credit score.

Maybe. My score on recent refi was 760. It has been 800 at some point. I don't see any difference between then and now. Mortgage is lower, CC's paid off every month pretty much, no other changes, no job changes in 3 years. So it's a bit of a mystery. :) Might be some CC variation in terms of what cards I have vs what I closed. Not sure.

Get rid of store charge cards. Pay off your credit cards every month
