Not true. The research is well laid out and justified with voting data in the 48 page treatment. no data, just declarations that certain cities were lib and others con... Entirely false. The study was performed by a nonpartisan research group, Bay Area Center for Voting Research (BACVR). All cities were broken down according to the Conservative % of Total Vote and the Liberal % of Total Vote to determine which were most Conservative or Liberal.
