K will probably not close below $6 tomorrow
$8 looks like a target by end of summer
This stuff was already taken out of the NAV targets
Just removing uncertainty

A lot of people were expecting a FDN writedown in Q4 so most of this is already priced into the stock. I'm pretty sure the stock will open lower tomorrow but I don't think it'll be as bad as you predict. $720M is pretty small compared to some of their other writedowns. :)
