Right. And the Verizon order was the first time anything like that has been done. .. I suppose you think you have a point. You don't. According to Chambliss, and he is in a position to know, this has been going on for 7 years. And that is the present form with the FISA court review and consent and the notification of Congress, particularly the Intelligence committee that Chambliss is a member of. There is evidence that some form of the program dates back to 2001.
