Right. We are both seeing the same pattern of correlations. Poverty, High Murder rates, High levels of single parenting, high rates of robbery, burglary, rape, assault, etc all are associated with communities in which there is a high level of voter support for liberal candidates. Life style choices have consequences. It would appear that security and stability is more associated with conservative communities, which explains why you fled... good choice.
