Bonnie, that chart, I believe prove my point that the bear market has actually started. The small problem is, however, you need a slightly "longer" divergence in time to be on the safe side, thus we may indeed breach the high in the Dow (and as usual, I'll be wrong again).

Interesting.

From the chart, an identical divergence occured in late Jan and led to the drop in March and early April.

BB,,,excellent chart,,,sort of backs up the feelings,,,,notice that allthough the small caps are not following ,,they are still a lot higher than they were a few months earlier,but now they could be (mis)construed as bargains,,,a lot of distribution in these would be viable right now.....
