might very well be true. however long it takes is, imho, dictated by how long it'll take for the institutional analysts to do their homework and start buying it and then recommending it.

stocking up on jan 2000 calls. actually, i hope the recovery takes a while, so i can scrape some cash together and buy more of those 2000 calls. :-)

One one other thing is it's more realistic to look at a "straight" chart rather than a semilog chart... most stock quote sites have semilog sites, and semilog leads to an under-appreciation of historical corrections in this stock.

Oh, and I would have to agree with Konrad. The healing will take time. There is a difference between being bullish and being hopeful. You're just hoping that the market will respond the way it has in the recent past. What happens if it responds the way it did in '92? Just something to keep in mind.
