and the charge higher tuition because they know student loans are so easy to get and why are professors only teaching one or two classes

All universities have to do is cut costs and that means cutting administrators and cutting construction projects.

You are being funny. Cutting costs means laying off teaching staff and complaining that the are being stretched too thin. Any new Administrative job regardless of how frivolous, is instantly essential. Only by cutting teaching can public sympathies be created.
