This chart of the Weekly $Hui is showing that The HUI is very very oversold It is creative positive momentum buy divergences Most Importantly the correlation with the SPX is the most extreme it has been in 30 years..... a return to the linear regression line would mandate a contraction of the large spread between the SPX and the HUI over the next 3 to 5 months... This will likely be achieved by a raly in the HUI and a decline of some magnitude in the SPX.
