I have three different FB accounts and none of them are under my real name. I have made sure that my son understands that he should never put his real name out on the internet. He's actually not allowed to have facebook or instagram or any of the other social networking sites. And when he does, they won't be in his real name.

Unfortunately too many people share their names and much more identifiable info.

I probably only have the illusion of anonymity, but I am striving for as small of a virtual footprint as possible (under my real name).

I think we lost our anonymity long ago..........however, I don't intend to make it easy for anyone.

This latest business with the NSA really drives that point home.

Yup.
