Yes, a secular government where people have the right to pursue their own happiness and are guaranteed freedom from religion. longnshort likes to yuk it up here but thinks the government has to provide him happiness three times a day which is why he is so unhappy. Anytime a government has tried to create a Utopia it has ended in a Soviet style gulag.
